4 large eggs
114 g smoked salmon
3 large squash
1 tbsn olive oil

Recipe Directions for Smoked salmon quiche

Cut squashes in cubes; cook with a bit of olive oil; add salmon cut in stripes and beaten eggs. Mix, put in a form and into the oven. Bake 20 min. or so, until golden-brown.
