A simple but delicious appetizer for a party. Recipe was adapted from Ina Garten's but I used water crackers instead of Blinis. You can substitute sour cream for the créme fraiche and reduce the calories from 33 to 26 each. (note: Recipe says 1/2 cup sour cream but it should be 1/4 cup no matter which you use. CC doesn't recognize "créme fraiche" so inputting twice the amount of sour cream was the only way to get the recipe to calculate properly.)

Recipe Ingredients for Smoked Salmon & Créme Fraiche on Water Crackers

35 g (20) water crackers
1/2 pound smoked salmon, thinly sliced
1/2 cup Sour Cream (or 1/4 cup Créme Fraiche)
1 Fresh dill, for garnish

Top each cracker with a piece of smoked salmon, a dollop of créme fraiche, and a sprig of dill.
