Recipe Ingredients for Smoked Paprika Salmon

1/4 cup orange juice
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 pounds salmon fillets
1 tablespoon brown sugar
1 tablespoon paprika
1 teaspoon grated orange peel
1/2 tablespoon sea salt

Recipe Directions for Smoked Paprika Salmon

  1. Mix orange juice, 2 tablespoons of the oil together. Place the salmon in a large glass dish. Add marinade turn to coat well. Cover and refridgerate for 30 minutes.

  2. Mix sugar,paprika,orange peel and sea salt in a small bowl. Remove salmon from marinade. Place in a greased foil lined baking pan. Discarde of the rest of the marinade. Rub the top of the salmon with the paprika mixture.

  3. Roast the salmon in a preheated 400 F oven for ten to 15 minutes.
