Recipe Ingredients for Smoked Paprika Chicken Thighs

4 thigh, bone removed Chicken, Thigh
1 tsp Paprika
1 tsp Garlic Powder
1 tsp Cumin Seed
0.25 tsp Pepper, Red Or Cayenne
1 tbsp Olive Oil

Recipe Directions for Smoked Paprika Chicken Thighs

  1. Ingredients:

  2. 4 bone in, skin on organic chicken thighs

  3. 1 teaspoon smoked paprika

  4. 1 teaspoon garlic powder

  5. 1 teaspoon ground cumin

  6. 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper

  7. 1 tablespoon olive oil

  8. Salt and pepper to taste

  9. Process:

  10. Preheat oven to bake at 425

  11. Rinse chicken thighs, pat try, and place in a large ziploc bag

  12. In a small mixing bowl, combine spices and olive oil

  13. Pour seasoning over chicken in ziploc back, and toss until the chicken is fully coated.

  14. Place chicken thighs on a broiling pan, and sprinkle with salt and pepper.

  15. Bake at 425 for 40-45 minutes.
