288 grams Hot Smoked Boneless Mackerel Filet Selection
200 grams Cream Cheese Light
1 serving(100 g) Creme Fraiche
1 tbsp Capers
10 grams Horseradish Sauce
0.5 lemon yields Lemon Juice
10 sprigs Dill Weed, Fresh

Recipe Directions for Smoked Mackerel Pate

  1. blend cheese, creme france and mackerel bar one fillet,

  2. add horseradish, dill and lemon juice to taste,

  3. mix in last fillet (broken up )and capers
