This is a different serve of a smoked lamb meat while I invented during my stay in Nordic Countries.

Recipe Ingredients for Smoked Lamb with Sweet Potatoes from Olga's healthy choice

400 g Lamb, Leg, Shank Half
200 g sweet potatoes
200 g potatoes
1 tbsp canola oil
1 tsp sea salt
1 tsp curry
1 tsp cumin
1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
1 tsp mixed herbs
1/2 cup red wine vinegar

Recipe Directions for Smoked Lamb with Sweet Potatoes from Olga's healthy choice

  1. You can use smoked lamb meat or you cans smoke at home. Then you can clean the meat and bring to small peaces.

  2. In a pan, roast thickly sliced sweet potatoes with canola oil, and spices and herbs. Then add lamb meat, bring a good stir and let them roast 5 minutes more with 1/2 cup of red wine vinegar and water.
