Recipe Ingredients for Smoked Chicken Salad

1 1/2 lb Premium Slow Smoked Chicken Breast
1 cup fat free mayo
2 stalks celery
1/2 cup chopped black olives
1/3 red onion
5 green onions

Recipe Directions for Smoked Chicken Salad

  1. Slow smoke the chicken. de-bone and chop.

  2. Add the dry ingredients and mix

  3. Add mayo last and serve on bread or lettuce wraps
