A low fat chili that still packs a punch.

Recipe Ingredients for Smoked Chicken Chili

3 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1200 grams Chicken
4 cup Beans, Kidney, All Types, Mature Seeds, Canned
3 serving Tomatoes, Crushed, Canned
20 grams Corn Flour
2 tsp Natural Hickory
2 pepper Peppers, Hot Chili, Red
1000 grams Water
3 tbsp Tomato Products

Recipe Directions for Smoked Chicken Chili

  1. Dice and brown chicken in olive oil.

  2. While browning add liquid smoke, tomato paste and a bit of your favorite Chili mix (mine is chili 9000).

  3. Add tomatos and water. Bring to a boil - stir it sometimes.

  4. Add chilis, more chili mix to taste, and beans and let simmer a few hours.

  5. Mix corn flour into a bit of warm water, mix well. Dump into chili and stir. Let cook a few more minutes.

  6. Put in bowl and top with onion/maybe some low fat cheese.

  7. Enjoy
