Recipe Ingredients for Smasing Sausages

10 Mild Italian Sausage Links
6 oz tomato paste
1 large green pepper, sliced
1 large onion, sliced
1 tbsp grated parmesan
1 tsp dried parsley
1 c water

Recipe Directions for Smasing Sausages

Cover sausages with water in a pot on the stove. Simmer 10 minutes to boil off fat. Drain. Combine remaining ingredients in crock pot, add sausages. Cover and cook on low 4-6 hours until veggies and meat are tender. Serve desired way as described above.
