Recipe Ingredients for Smashed Sour Cream & Chives Potatoes

1.5 potato medium (2-1/4" to 3-1/4" dia) Potatoes, Red, Flesh And Skin, Baked
0.1 serving Oberweis Whole Milk
2 tbsp Cream, Sour, Cultured
2 tbsp Chives, Freeze-dried
0.17 cup Mozzarella Shredded
0.17 tsp Sea Salt
1 dash Pepper, Black
0.2 oz Fancy Shredded Mild Cheddar Cheese
1 tsp Garlic Powder

Recipe Directions for Smashed Sour Cream & Chives Potatoes

Boil potatoes. Quarter and add to mixer (with skins) with all other ingredients. Mix until potatoes are at desired consistency. Serve warm with or without gravy. Awesome side dish for any meat or alone as a snack!
