same as traditional smashed potatoes except no garlic and with skim (no fat) milk

10 medium white potatoes
1/2 stick butter
16 oz skim milk

Recipe Directions for smashed potatoes w/skim milk

  1. wash and boil whole white potatoes with skins on

  2. when tender smash them with the butter and milk until desired consistency

  3. add salt and pepper to taste
