12 potato small (1-3/4" to 2-1/4" dia) Potatoes, Red, Flesh And Skin
0.5 tsp Kosher Salt
1 tsp Pepper, Black
2 tbsp Salted Butter
0.5 cup Milk, Nonfat, Fluid

Recipe Directions for Smashed Potatoes

boil potatoes until tender. place in large mixing bowl with remaining ingredients and smash with potato masher. Mix up with large fork until desired texture is reached. Place in baking dish and toast in the oven for about 2 minutes to get the top crispy. Serve.
