3 large yukon gold potatoes
6 oz chicken broth
1 tsp salt

Recipe Directions for Smashed Potatoes

Wash and boil potatoes for 20 minutes or until soft in salted water. Drain. Add broth 1 tblsp at a time, while smashing until consistency desired.
