.5 head, medium (5-6" dia) Cauliflower
1 oz Havarti Semi-firm Cheese
0.25 cup Milk, Nonfat, Fluid
1 clove Garlic
0.13 cup Parmesan, Grated Cheese
4 tbsp Chives, Freeze-dried

Recipe Directions for Smashed Cauliflower

Boil cauliflower in chicken stock until soft and falls apart easily. Add remaining ingredients. Mix until smooth.
