Recipe Ingredients for Smashed cauliflower

1 head cauliflower
1 tbsp oil
1/4 cup chicken stock
4 cloves garlic, roasted
1 salt and pepper to taste

Recipe Directions for Smashed cauliflower

Steam the cauliflower and drain. Puree all ingredients in a food processor until creamy. Add chicken stock a tbsp at a time to desired consistency.
