The vegetables are optional. but I put them in for nutritional reasons.

Recipe Ingredients for Smashed breakfast

2 serving Egg, Whole
2 cup Potatoes, Hashed Brown
1 unit (yield from 1 lb ready-to-cook chicken) Chicken, Breast, Meat Only
1 dash Salt, Table
1 dash Pepper, Black
0.5 cup, diced Celery
1/2 cup, chopped Broccoli

Recipe Directions for Smashed breakfast

  1. Take the chicken breast and chop it u into cubes. it you want to cut it after you've cook it that's fine too.

  2. Cook the chicken in the frying pan on high, it should cook pretty quickly as chicken generally is fast in terms of cooking speed.

  3. once the chicken is cooked add the hash browns broccoli, and celery and cook them until they brown slightly.

  4. next add the eggs and the salt and pepper. cook until eggs are fully cooked.

  5. add some more salt or pepper to taste.

  6. Enjoy!
