Recipe Ingredients for smart muffins

1 cup g) oat bran
1 cup flour, all purpose
1 cup flaxseed,ground
1 cup wheat bran
1 tbsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
2 oranges
1 cup brown sugar
1 cup buttermilk
1/2 cup canola oil
2 eggs
1 tsp baking soda
1 1/2 cup golden raisins
1 1/2 cup Blueberries

Recipe Directions for smart muffins

  1. mix oat bran, flour, flax seed, wheat bran and baking powder in one bowl. puree oranges, salt, sugar, buttermilk, canola oil, eggs & baking soda together in another bowl. mix both mixtures together and fold in blueberries and raisans.

  2. Bake at 375 for 20 minutes.
