Adapted from Chocolate-covered Katie's fudge babies. This is for a relatively small batch.

Recipe Ingredients for Smaller Version of Coconut-Fudge Babies

12 dates California Pitted Dates
1/4 cup Raw Whole Almonds All-Natural
2 tbsp Cocoa, Dry Powder, Unsweetened, Processed
1 tbsp Almond Butter, Plain
4 tbsp Organic Coconut

Recipe Directions for Smaller Version of Coconut-Fudge Babies

  1. Throw into small bowl of food processor, along with vanilla and salt.

  2. Process until relatively smooth. (May need to add a T or two of water.)

  3. Drop by spoonful on waxed paper or form into balls. Refrigerate.
