Made with the now easily-available super-thin flatbread buns or a single piece of wheat bread.

Recipe Ingredients for Small Hamburgers

2 ounces lean ground beef
1 tsp worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp black pepper
1 slice whole wheat bread (or 2 flatbread slices)
1 slice tomato
1 slice onion
1 leaf lettuce
1/3 cup alfalfa sprouts

Recipe Directions for Small Hamburgers

  1. Shape hamburger into a patty and sprinkle with worcestershire sauce, black pepper, and garlic powder.

  2. Place the grilled patty on the bread and layer vegetables on top. Can also add a few dill pickle slices and some ketchup and mustard, if desired.
