Same as my small onigiri, only made with white rice.

Recipe Ingredients for Small Brown Onigiri

1/2 cup Rice, Brown, Medium-grain, Cooked
0.63 grams Nori, 10 Sheets
22 grams Organic Chicken and Apple Sausage
3 grams Nori Komi Furikake Rice Seasoning

Recipe Directions for Small Brown Onigiri

  1. Follow the instructions for my regular Onigiri recipe.

  2. Use half as much rice, so measuring out half a cup instead of a full cup to make the rice ball with.

  3. Use the same amount of sausage filling.

  4. Use short or medium grain brown rice instead of white rice.
