Recipe Ingredients for Small Batch Healthy Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Cookies

2 tablespoon whole wheat flour
1 tablespoon flaxmeal
1/8 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
2 tablespoons pumpkin puree
1 tablespoon maple syrup
1/8 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 tablespoons semisweet chocolate chips

Recipe Directions for Small Batch Healthy Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Cookies

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

  2. Grease a small baking sheet.

  3. Combine the dry ingredients

  4. Add the wet ingredients and mix well.

  5. Fold in the chocolate chips.

  6. Plop on pan into one or two portions.

  7. For one large cookie, bake 10-12 minutes.

  8. For two small ones, bake 8-10 minutes.
