Recipe Ingredients for Small After Gym Parfait

1/4 cup blueberries
3/8 cup yogurt
1/4 cup granola
1/2 a medium banana

Recipe Directions for Small After Gym Parfait

  1. pour the blueberries at the bottom of the mug leaving about a third behind for the banana layer

  2. place a tablespoon of yogurt on top

  3. pour all of the granola onto the yogurt

  4. put the rest of the yogurt onto the granola

  5. slice half a medium banana on the yogurt and sprinkle the rest of the blueberries on top for a splash of color
