Recipe Ingredients for Smacking Tuna Salad

1 medium whole (2-3/5" dia) Tomatoes, Red, Ripe
1 inner leaf Lettuce Romaine Inner Leaf
1 snack String Cheese
1/2 cup Sliced Beets
3 oz Tuna Salad

Recipe Directions for Smacking Tuna Salad

  1. Prepare Tuna Salad by mixing a pouch of water based tuna (Starkist) with a heaping table spoon of mayonnaise and a heaping table spoon of sweetened relish and sprinkle of black pepper, then chill.

  2. Prepare plate by laying or chopping lettuce leaf, add (in lines and by order, for color) beets (sliced), tuna salad, jalapeno string cheese (sliced, but not all the way through), cherry tomatoes (ends cut off and cut in four) on top of tuna salad.
