Baked salmon patties using canned salmon.

Recipe Ingredients for SM Salmon Patties

14 3/4 ounces (1 can) pink salmon
1/4 cup fat free mayo
1/4 cup cracker crumbs
1/4 green onion, chopped
1 egg white
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 Salt
1 Pepper

Recipe Directions for SM Salmon Patties

Mix salmon, mayo, cracker crumbs, green onion, egg white, and lemon juice. Salt and pepper to taste. Make into 4 patties. Bake at 425 degrees for 15 minutes, turning patties after 8 minutes. Serve with sauce of choice (not included).
