Spiced cauliflower filled indian fried bread.

Recipe Ingredients for SM

4.54 cup Cauliflower, raw
1 tbsp Ginger
3 tbsp chopped Onions, raw
1/10 cup, chopped or diced Peppers, hot chili, green, raw
1/5 tsp Fennel Seed
3 tsp Granulated Sugar
1/2 cup Flour
3 tsp Soybean Oil
1 tsp salt

Recipe Directions for SM

  1. Prepare dough using water only.

  2. Make small balls and shape them into pockets.

  3. Fill the pockets with the filling of cauliflower mixture.

  4. Roll out about 6 inches in diameter.

  5. Heat a flat bottomed pan. Put Paratha on it. After a minute turn the paratha and brush with soybean oil. Again flip it and brush with oil the other side. Let cook for 2 minutes. Ready to eat.

  6. For making cauliflower mixture, grate the cauliflower and drain excess water, and then mix rest of the ingredients.
