Low fat, high veggie stew that can be prepared in advance and allowed to simmer all day. Will be ready when arriving home from work.

Recipe Ingredients for Slowed Cooker Beef Veggie Stew

150 g pearled barley
150 g potatoe
150 g carrot
100 g celery
10 oz condensed cream of celery soup
25 oz water
4 oz onion
375 g beef round steak (chopped or ground into burger)

Recipe Directions for Slowed Cooker Beef Veggie Stew

  1. Spray crock pot with oil for easier cleanup.

  2. Combine all ingredients in cooker and allows to cook a minimum of 4 hours after coming up to temperature.
