This is a very simple super tasty way to prepare boring white fish.

Recipe Ingredients for Slowcooker white fish stew

8 oz Wine, Table, White
1 cup (8 fl oz) Water
2 oz Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 onion Yellow Onion
1 small Squash, Summer, Zucchini, Includes Skin
1 can Tomatoes, Red, Ripe
8 oz Tomato Sauce
4 fillets Fillets Cod
1 tsp, ground Basil, Dried
1 tablespoon Oregano
1 teaspoon Thyme

Recipe Directions for Slowcooker white fish stew

  1. Add all ingredents except fish to slow cooker.

  2. Cook on low for 6 to 8 hrs or High 3 to 4

  3. In the last half an hr add bite size pieces of fish to slowcooker.

  4. The fish could easy be replaced with any type of seafood.
