Overnight, slow-rise yeast pancakes.

Recipe Ingredients for Slow Rise Pancakes

2 cups All-Purpose Flour
2 1/4 tsp Active Dry Yeast
1 tsp Salt
2 tsp Sugar
1 1/2 cup Skim Milk
1 Egg

Recipe Directions for Slow Rise Pancakes

  1. Whisk all the dry ingredients together until well combined.

  2. Add the rest of the ingredients and mix well.

  3. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate overnight. Use batter anytime the next day.

  4. Once you?re ready to make pancakes, remove the batter from the fridge and stir in up to 1/3 cup of milk to thin it if needed/desired.

  5. Let the batter sit out on the counter for 20-30 minutes.

  6. Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat.

  7. Spray with spray oil and wipe out the pan.

  8. Using a 1/3 cup measure, begin making pancakes.

  9. Serve.
