Recipe Ingredients for Slow Cooker Wheat Berry Breakfast

1 cup wheat berries, rinsed and drained
2 cups unsweetened apple juice
1/4 cup dried apricots, chopped
1/4 cup raisins
1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
1/4 tsp ground allspice
1/4 tsp ground cloves
1/4 tsp ground cardamom

Recipe Directions for Slow Cooker Wheat Berry Breakfast

Spray the inside of the crockpot with nonstick spray. Place everything in the Crock-Pot, stir, cover and cook on low 8-10 hours, or all night. Serve with milk or soy milk.
