Recipe Ingredients for Slow Cooker Venison Stew

1 1/2 lbs. venison
28 oz. can tomatoes, diced
1 small sliced onion
4 oz. mushrooms
1/2 c. water
1 tsp. ground black pepper
1/4 tsp. ground red pepper
1/4 tsp. salt
2 tsp. Italian seasoning
2 cloves garlic, finely diced
1 tbs. olive oil

Recipe Directions for Slow Cooker Venison Stew

Cut venison into small chunks. Place in crock pot with tomatoes, water and seasoning. Saute garlic in olive oil until lightly browned. Add onion, then mushrooms. Set crock pot on high and let simmer for 3-4 hours.
