Slow Cooker Turkey Breast with Wild Rice Stuffing

Recipe Ingredients for Slow Cooker Turkey Breast with Wild Rice Stuffing

4 cups cooked wild rice
3/4 cup finely chopped onion
1/2 cup dried cranberries
1/3 cup slivered almonds
2 medium peeled or unpeeled cooking apples, coarsely chopped (2 cups)
4 pound turkey breast, whole, boneless, thawed if frozen

Recipe Directions for Slow Cooker Turkey Breast with Wild Rice Stuffing

  1. In large bowl, mix all ingredients except turkey.

  2. In 3.5 to 6 quart slow cooker, place turkey. Place wild rice mixture around the edge of cooker.

  3. Cover and cook on LOW heat setting 8-9 hours.
