Recipe Ingredients for Slow Cooker Taco Soup

1 cup, chopped Onions
16 oz Pinto Beans
15 oz Dark Red Kidney Beans
1 cup kernels Corn, Sweet, Yellow
8 oz Tomato Products
2 cup (8 fl oz) Water
4 oz Diced Green Chilies
29 oz Diced Tomatoes
1 oz Old El Paso Seasoning Mix Taco

Recipe Directions for Slow Cooker Taco Soup

Place ground meat/tofu, onion, chili beans, kidney beans, corn, tomator sauce, water, diced tomatoes, green chile peppers, & taco seasoning mix in slow cooker. Mix to blend, and cook on low setting for 8 hours. Ladle into invidiual serving bowls, and top each with 1/8 c shredded cheese and tablesppon of fat free sour cream. Serve with homemade flour tortillas.
