Prep the night before and throw it in the slow cooker first thing in the morning for an easy night preparing supper.

Recipe Ingredients for Slow cooker Stroganoff

3 lbs beef, top round (1/2 inch by 3 inch strips)
3/4 cup flour
2 tsp salt
1/8 tsp pepper
1/2 tsp dry mustard
2 med onions (sliced and separated into rings)
1/2 lb mushrooms
10 1/2 oz beef broth
1/4 cup white wine (optional)
1 1/2 cups sour cream
16 oz No Yolks

Recipe Directions for Slow cooker Stroganoff

  1. Combine 1/2 cup flour, salt, pepper, mustard.

  2. Add beef stips and coat thoroughly.

  3. In the crock pot, add coated beef strips, onion rings, mushrooms, Beef Broth and Wine.

  4. Stir well, cover and cook on low 8-10 hours

  5. Before serving, combine remaining flour and sour cream.

  6. Mix sour cream mix into crock pot then serve over Egg Noodles.

  7. (Makes 3 quarts and 8 servings)
