Low calorie scalloped potatoes & ham

Recipe Ingredients for Slow Cooker Scalloped Potatoes & Ham

1 cup water
15 2/5 ounces potatoes
1/4 cup flour
1/2 cup chopped onion
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 1/2 cups skim milk
1/2 cup grated cheddar cheese
2 cups ham

Recipe Directions for Slow Cooker Scalloped Potatoes & Ham

combine water & cream of tarter in bowl - add sliced potatoes stir. Then layer potatoes and onions in slow cooker. Prepare sauce with flour seasoning & milk. Pour half of sauce over potatoes. Add cheese & ham, pour remaining sauce over and cook in sloe cooker until done.
