Here is another classic recipe to make on a cold rainy day. Not exacly like the classic recipe. Adjusted to reflect some health alternatives

Recipe Ingredients for Slow Cooker Salisbury Steak

1021 grams Ground Beef
0.5 oz Soup, Lipton, Recipe Secrets Onion, Mix, Dry
2 oz Bread Crumbs Italian Style
1 tsp 100% Pure Canola Oil
21 oz 98% Fat Free Cream of Chicken Soup
1 oz Gravy, Au Jus, Dry
0.75 cup (8 fl oz) Water
1 small Onions

Recipe Directions for Slow Cooker Salisbury Steak

  1. Heat oil in non stick skillet. In a bowl, take 2 pounds of ground beef and mix with dry soup and bread crumbs. Slice onions and place in slow cooker. Make (6) patties out of ground beef mixture. At this point, you can take 1/4 cup flour and 1/4 milk and dredge patties through the milk and coat.

  2. Place patties in skillet and brown on both sides. Remove and place in slow cooker. Mix soup, au jus and water in bowl. Mix well and pour over patties. Cook for 4-5 hours or until the patties are completely cooked. Serve with potatoes.
