Recipe Ingredients for Slow Cooker Roast

4 oz Laura's Lean Roasts (Rounds) Sirloin Tip Round
1 potato medium (2-1/4" to 3-1/4" dia.) Potato, Baked, Flesh And Skin
0.75 cup, chopped Carrots
2 stalks Celery
1 pepper Pepper, Serrano
0.25 cup Onions
2 oz Diet-coke (Caffeine Free)

Recipe Directions for Slow Cooker Roast

  1. Place roast in crock pot, fat side up.

  2. Cut up veggies, and put on top of meat.

  3. Add diet coke, and season to taste

  4. Cook on low for 6 - 8 hours.
