2 1/2 pound boneless pork roast
1/4 cup honey
1/2 cup chopped onion
12 ounces barbecue sauce

Recipe Directions for slow cooker pulled pork

  1. trim and chunk up pork roast

  2. put all ingredients in crockpot and cook on low for 6 hours

  3. shred with 2 forks and serve alone or on rolls
