From Kraft magazine, cook in slow cooker

Recipe Ingredients for Slow Cooker Pulled Pork Chili

20 oz low sodium chicken broth
19 oz diced tomatoes, drained
19 oz red kidney beans, drained and rinsed
19 oz black beans, drained and rinsed
1 large onion, chopped
2 tbsp chili powder
2 tsp ground cumin
2 1/2 pounds boneless pork shoulder

Recipe Directions for Slow Cooker Pulled Pork Chili

  1. Combine all ingredients except meat in slow cooker. Mix well

  2. In hot frying pan, brown meat on all sides. Add meat to slow cooker, cover with lid

  3. Cook on LOW 10 - 12 hours or HIGH 7 hours

  4. Remove meat from slow cooker, shred and return to slow cooker. Stir

  5. Spoon into bowls, top with cheese and sour cream
