Recipe Ingredients for Slow Cooker Pot Roast

1 tbsp peanut oil
3 lbs roast beef
1 cup carrots
2 cups potatoes
1 cup onions
2 tbsp brown gravy mix
2 cups water

Recipe Directions for Slow Cooker Pot Roast

  1. Brown beef in oil.

  2. Place carrots in bottom of slow cooker.

  3. Place browned beef in slow cooker.

  4. Add potatoes and onions.

  5. Mix gravy mix with water.

  6. Add to slow cooker.

  7. Cook on high for 8 hours.
