Recipe Ingredients for Slow-cooker Porrige

1 cup dry Steel Cut Oats
1/4 cup Wheat Berries
1/4 cup Rye Berries, Organic
0.25 cup Rice, Brown, Long-grain
0.25 cup 2% Milk
0.25 cup, unpacked Sugars, Brown
0.25 cup Barley

Recipe Directions for Slow-cooker Porrige

  1. Into slow-cooker add: 1C oats, 1/4C each of the other grains, cinnamon, nutmeg and allspice (to taste).

  2. Pour in 7.5C of water.

  3. Cook 8 hours on LOW or until barley is soft.

  4. Add Milk and sugar to taste.
