2 1/4 lbs pork tenderloin
39 grams dry onion soup mix
1 cup water
3/4 cup red wine
3 tablespoons low sodium soy sauce
3 cloves garlic
1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Recipe Directions for Slow Cooker Pork Tenderloin

Place pork tenderloin and dry onion soup mix in slow cooker. Add water, wine, soy sauce and pepper. Place garlic on top of pork. Cook on low for 4-6 hours.
