4 Red Potatoes, cut into bite size pieces
1 small onion, chopped
2 cups sliced carrots
1 cup peas, frozen
1 cup corn, forzen
1 cup celery
3 cups water
2 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp basil
1 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
