Recipe Ingredients for Slow cooker Pork and sauerkraut

2 pound pork loin
1 teaspoon caraway seeds
1 salt and pepper to taste
32 ounces sauerkraut

Recipe Directions for Slow cooker Pork and sauerkraut

Season with caraway seeds, salt and pepper to taste. Pour sauerkraut over roast. Cook on high for 1 hour, then cook on low for 5-6 hour. Internal temp of roast should be at least 160 degrees F.
