Delicious Pork Roast with Cabbage.

Recipe Ingredients for Slow Cooker Pork and Cabbage

2 1/4 lb pork roast
2 medium onions, sliced thin
8 oz red cabbage, shredded
2 tsp garlic, minced
2 tsp crushed red pepper flakes
2 cups barbecue sauce
1/4 cup water
2 tbs corn starch

Recipe Directions for Slow Cooker Pork and Cabbage

  1. In a Slow cooker, combine onions and cabbage. Put 1 tsp red pepper flakes and 1 tsp garlic on top. On top of this, place the pork roast. Top with other tsp pepper flakes and garlic. Pour BBQ sauce on top of the roast.

  2. Cook, on LOW, for 6-8 hours. When done, take out the roast and shred with 2 forks. To the crock pot, add mixture of water and cornstarch and cook, stirring occassionally for 15-20 mins, or until thickened. Re-add pork to pot and heat through.
