2 lbs ground beef
1 tsp Minced Onion
32 oz Old El Paso Refried Beans Traditional
21 oz Cream of Mushroom Soup
8 oz Mild Taco Sauce Components
2 1/2 oz Taco Seasoning Mix Components
32 oz Velveeta, Cubed

Recipe Directions for Slow Cooker Nachos

  1. Brown Ground Beef, Season with Minced Onion and Drain.

  2. Mix all ingredients in slow cooker.

  3. Cook on high for 1 hour or until cheese is melted.

  4. Top with Sour Cream, Green Onions, etc.
