Barley soup with meat and veggies. I use lean ground turkey (which is how this recipe was calculated).

Recipe Ingredients for Slow Cooker Meat & Veggie Barley Soup

16 oz Ground Turkey Lean
3 tsp Country Kitchens Beef Base
3 cup (8 fl oz) Water
1/2 cup Barley
1 1/2 cup Fresh Cut Peeled Diced Tomatoes, Garlic
1 1/2 cup, chopped Carrots
2 stalk, large (11"-12" long) Celery
1 cup Corn, Sweet, Yellow
1 tsp Onion Powder

Recipe Directions for Slow Cooker Meat & Veggie Barley Soup

  1. Brown meat in pan on stove until cooked through. Drain grease if needed. Transfer meat to slow cooker.

  2. Dump the remaining ingredients in slow cooker (after peeling/chopping veggies of course). Minimal preparation needed.

  3. Cook on low 3-6 hours.
