macaroni and cheese recipe from crock pot, I decreased the salt by 1/2 a tsp and used 10 oz fat free evaporated milk to help with the nutrition content.

Recipe Ingredients for slow cooker mac and cheese

3 cups macaroni
6 cups shredded cheddar cheese
24 oz evaporated milk
10 oz fat free evaporated milk
1 1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
2 tbsp butter

Recipe Directions for slow cooker mac and cheese

  1. cook macaroni, drain and mix with butter in large mixing bowl

  2. add evaporated milk, cheese, salt and pepper

  3. mix well

  4. put into slow cooker and cook for 2-3 hours at high temp.
