made in the slower cooker and delcious! We used less brown sugar than the recipe called for and it was still delish!

Recipe Ingredients for Slow cooker healthy pulled pork

1 tsp salt
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp chili powder
1/2 tsp ground cumin
1/8 tsp cayenne
4 lb pork butt
1 onion
1 tablespoon brown sugar
1/2 c ketchup
1/3 c white vinegar
1/4 c tomato paste
1/4 c water
2 tbsp ground mustard

Recipe Directions for Slow cooker healthy pulled pork

  1. 1.Mix salt, paprika, chili powder, cumin, and cayenne. Rub all over pork. Combine pork and remaining ingredients in large slow cooker. Cover and cook on low 6 to 8 hours.

  2. 2.Remove pork from slow cooker and cool 10 minutes. Using forks, shred pork. Combine with sauce from cooker.
