Recipe Ingredients for Slow Cooker French Quarter Red Beans and Rice

12 oz Red Beans
8 oz Turkey Kielbasa
1 large Onions
1 large (2-1/4 per lb, approx 3-3/4" long, 3" dia) Peppers, Sweet, Green
1 stalk, large (11"-12" long) Celery
0.5 cup, chopped Onions, Spring Or Scallions
1 oz Bay Leaves
1 Teaspoon Thyme

Recipe Directions for Slow Cooker French Quarter Red Beans and Rice

Chop all veggies and slice kielbasa. Combine all ingredients and 4 cups of water in crock pot. Cook on low 8 hours or high for 4 hours or until beans are tender. Enjoy over rice.
