16 oz Ground Turkey, 93% Lean
1 cup, chopped(160 g) Onions
0.5 cup, chopped Peppers, Sweet, Green
16 oz Kidney Beans Dark Red
1 cup (8 fl oz) Water
16 oz Black Beans
1 cup Fancy Mild Cheddar Shredded Cheese
1 cup Fancy Monterey Jack Shredded Cheese
4 slice Deli Style Sliced Pepper Jack Cheese
2.5 tortilla 8" Garden Vegetable
1 tortilla Burrito 10" Flour tortillas 14ct

Recipe Directions for slow-cooker enchiladas

in a non-stick skillet brown beef, onions and green pepper. add remaining ingredients except cheese and tortillas. bring to a boil. reduce heat and cover and simmer for 10 minutes. combine cheese in a bowl. in a slow cooker, layer about 3/4 c beef mixture, one tortilla, and about 1/4 c cheese. repeat until all layers are used. cover. cook on low 5-7 hours.
